About UsWe are a non-profit corporation, composed of a group of professionals in different areas. We are interested in consolidating the subfield of integrated contemporary dance and expanding this inclusive vision to the performing arts and to the design, from the research-creation of pedagogical and artistic practices within the framework of a transdisciplinary approach in order to resignify the relationships between body, movement and disability, encouraging and enabling the participation and training of all people regardless of their physical, intellectual or sensory condition.

Paulina Avellaneda Ramírez - ID. 52.419.462 of Bogotá
Legal Representative and Co-founder of Inclusive Movimiento Contemporary Dance Dancer and Industrial Designer specialized in set design and costumes of stage. She is a teacher of the Dancing Art program of the Higher Academy of Arts of Bogotá (ASAB) by their initials in spanish. She is certified in the DanceAbility methodology and is a facilitator of Biodancing of the Colombian School of Biodancing.Paulina has a background in Pedagogy Biocentric, Clinin and Social Biodancing (Colombian School of Biodancing and School of Viceenza Italy) and Pedagogy of the Differences (FLACSO Argentina). Nayibe Sánchez Rodríguez - ID. 52,898,254 of Bogotá General Sub-director and Co-founder of Inclusive Movimiento Undergraduate degree in Government and International Relations of the Externado University of Colombia, and candidate to Master's degree in Cultural Studies of the Pontifical University Javeriana.Co- founder of Inclusive Movimiento and certified teacher of the Danceability Methodology .She has worked with people with disabilities, guiding the free courses of integrated dance of the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, also she has worked with the vulnerable populations with disabilities being the coordinator in the National Center of Historical Memory of Colombia since 2012. Maria Cristina Tavera Castillo Anthropologist and philosopher of the Universidad of the Andes, candidate to Master's degree in the History and Memory program with emphasis in human rights of the National University of La Plata (Argentina). Maria has experience in development of policies for the promotion of arts, leading cultural and artistic projects for the city in the terms of circulation, creation, research and appropriation of the arts. She has experience in the planning, execution and research of social and artistic projects with an inclusive approach. She has a theater training, and inclusive and community theater methodologies. Maria Teresa Buitrago Echeverry Co-founder of Inclusive Movimiento She is Undergraduated in Nursery at the National University of Colombia, Specialist in Epidemiology at the University of Antioquia, Master's degree in Educational and Social Development at the CINDE and the National Pedagogical University and PhD in Public Health at the National University of Colombia. His career has been framed by the work of coordinating programs in public health. Formulation and implementation of public policies and in the last 15 years in teaching and research. With special emphasis on the understanding of the social construction of disability, initiatives of educational inclusion and the intersection between arts, humanities and health. |

PEDAGOGY
Workshops directed to groups of mixed abilities with the DanceAbility methodology: Workshops of contemporary dance integrated with the DanceAbility methodology to people within and without disabilities, interested in movement and exploration of the body. Integrated and Contemporary Dance Workshops: Integrated and contemporary dance workshops for a mixed group of people who want to deep in the training of dance. Here the methodology is focused on the adaptation of movement exercises, in addition to individual and group exploration and creation. RESEARCH-CREATION Advisory and Scenic Design: Design of costumes and scenography for groups that install stages for the scene. Advisory and Development of Universal Design Objects: We design objects of daily use and support material for the development of pedagogical, creative or research projects within the field of work of Inclusive Movimiento. SOCIALIZATION AND RESEARCH Realization and advising of research about the body, art, disability and movement Research Areas: Disability and Sexuality, Dance and Diversity or Body, Art and Inclusion. Conferences and performances: Talks and socializations about the body, disability, art and movement, generated from pedagogical processes of creation and research. Audiovisual material: Socializations and loans of documentaries and audiovisual material of Inclusive Movimiento. Training
Inclusive dance or dance of encounter: a methodological approach for working with mixed groups from the dance. (II Step)
What is it?
It is a process of training to trainers, based on the experience and directed to practice.
Who is it designed for?
Teachers, academics, artists, and general public, also people who are working and/or are interested in working with groups where people with and without disabilities participate.
What is the Objective?
To generate creative experiences that promote inclusion. We will share pedagogical and theoretical tools in a process where the people will can reflect about their work with mixed groups, using inclusive dance as a benchmark.
The invitation is in order to each teacher with his work, his experience and education be able to dialogue about this pedagogical proposal and find there alternatives to work with mixed groups, what it means to be prepared for it.
What it is not?
-It is not a training for dancers, nor to teach dance.
-It is not a process where training or previous experience in dance or movement techniques is required.
The training is composed of 5 units:
Unit 1 and 2: Theoretical-experiential. It works around the Pedagogies of Difference, the reflections on the body and the corporalities since the diversity.
Unit 3: DanceAbility methodology. The principles of this methodology that promotes work with people within and without disabilities will be addressed. During these meetings, a group of young people and adults of the PONES Foundation will participate.
Module 4: Creation laboratory. With the people mixed group of the unit 3, a creation proposal will be developed to be presented in public places. This step includes the performances.
Unit 5: Directed Internships. The trainers must carry out internships in institutions, and/or entities where population in a disability condition participates. These internships will have the accompaniment and pedagogical support of the team.
Total hours: 62
Participants will receive a certification when they achieve the 80% of the hours assigned.

DanceAbility is a specific methodology to perform integrated dance, that promotes through dance the creation of spaces for communication, exploration and encounter between people with varied abilities, establishing a common language, the development and use of basic tools of contact dance and improvisation.
This methodology was created by Alito Alessi who in turn is the director of the company Joint Forces and the International DanceAbility organization.
